Terms of Service
Last updated: September 27, 2026.
Agreement
By creating an account or using Runbase (myrunbase.com and related apps), you agree to these Terms. If you use Runbase for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.
The service
Runbase provides multi-tenant tools for small-business operations (organization setup, money, clients, online presence, schedule, and team). Features may change during beta. Some skills may require a paid plan later.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
- Use the service only for lawful business purposes and comply with applicable laws (including privacy, advertising, and communications rules for SMS/email).
- Do not attempt to access other tenants’ data, disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer non-public systems.
Your content
You retain ownership of data you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide Runbase. You are responsible for having rights to the content you submit.
Third-party services
Integrations (for example Plaid, Stripe, email/SMS providers) are subject to those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.
Disclaimer
Runbase is provided “as is” during beta. We do not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. Formation and document tools are informational; upload and retention features are not a substitute for licensed counsel.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Runbase and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost profits damages, or for amounts exceeding fees you paid us in the three months before the claim (or $100 if you paid nothing).
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, non-payment, or risk to the platform. Provisions that should survive (including liability limits) do so.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local law applies.
