Who we are

Runbase (“we”, “us”) operates myrunbase.com and related apps. Contact: admin@myrunbase.com.

What we collect

• Account data: email, name, authentication identifiers.
• Organization data you enter: business profile, contacts, schedule, documents you upload, and related settings.
• Connected services you choose to link (for example bank data via Plaid), subject to that provider’s terms.
• Technical data: device/browser info, IP address, and basic usage logs needed to run and secure the service.

How we use data

We use data to provide the product, authenticate you, sync linked accounts, send transactional messages you request (such as booking confirmations), improve reliability, and comply with law.

Sharing

We use processors such as hosting, database/auth, email/SMS, and payment providers as needed to run Runbase. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the service and users.

Retention & security

We retain account and organization data while your account is active and as needed for backups, disputes, and legal obligations. We use industry-standard controls (encryption in transit, access controls, tenant isolation) but no method is perfect.

Your choices

You can update profile and organization data in the app, disconnect integrations, and request account deletion by emailing us. Some records may remain in backups for a limited period.

Children

Runbase is for business users. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted by updating the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
